Founder
With a foundation in Ancient History and Political Science, I embarked on my professional journey in the world of international companies, where I developed a strong understanding of global operations and business management. My career evolved as I transitioned into a role within a large conglomerate, where I noticed a gap in corporate dining options, leading to the thought of an exciting new venture.
In 2011, I founded The Highness Foods, with the vision to provide fresh, culturally diverse, and high-quality meals to corporate employees. Beyond enhancing the dining experience, I aimed to support local vendors, chefs, and brands by giving them a platform to expand and grow their businesses. Over the years, this vision has translated into successful partnerships and lasting impacts within the corporate food domain.
Drawing on my entrepreneurial spirit, I expanded my expertise into the cloud kitchen sector, where I served as a consultant for setting up and optimizing operations. I have successfully guided several startups and established businesses through the complexities of cloud kitchen setup—ranging from kitchen layout design and process development to talent acquisition and operational management. My focus has always been on creating scalable, efficient kitchens that deliver quality while ensuring smooth, streamlined operations.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in both corporate food services and cloud kitchen consulting, I have built a reputation for driving innovation, delivering exceptional service, and optimizing operations. My passion lies in transforming the corporate food space into a well-organized, efficient industry that enhances employee satisfaction, supports local businesses, and drives sustainable growth. With over 24 years in client relations and account management across India and the Middle East, my fusion of passion for offline media, digital innovation, and strategic ability defines my journey. Through building, managing, and growing businesses, I keep client satisfaction central to our planning and execution.
Embracing continual learning provides a competitive edge, evident in my transition from corporate roles to founding “DumDun.” This biryani brand paved the way for my collaboration with Bhushan in the food tech domain, co-founding “THF Kitchens.” Here, we curate a corporate cafeteria experience by partnering with ace food vendors, home chefs and brands, placing emphasis on customer post-sales for enduring satisfaction and retention.
